Payment: ChopinWebshop.Com receives payment with Dankort, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, JCB, Maestro, American Xpress og Forbrugsforeningen. If using international credit cards, the card fee is 2,75% in Denmark. But present time, the fee is paid by Chopinwebshop.comChopinWebshop.Com encrypts all your card information’s with the so called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that extraneous can’t read your card number or other information’s under the transaction with PBS. The amount for the products will be drawn from your account, when the product is shipped from chopin.dk. There can never be drawn a larger amount, than you have accepted at the order. After your order, you will automatically receive a generated message, which automatically confirms that our system has received an order from you. This is not an order confirmation and final agreement of your order. We will immediately send you a message whether we can fulfil your order, once we have processed it. |

Delivery: ChopinWebshop.Com ships with PostDenmark so the packages will be with the receiver within 1-2 days. Outside Denmark 3-5 days.Shipping in Denmark: Is free when ordering for more than DKK 1.000 DKK - Purchases under DKK 1.000 from DKK from 29 - All delivered by PostDanmark. Shipping to EU countries and Norway: DKK 129 Shipping to Norway: Please have the Norwegian customs into account. Should we write something on the shipment as "gift" or "value amount" - For taxfree shipment choose Norway as country in checkout. Returns: You have 14 days to return your products when you shop at ChopinWebshop.com. If you choose to regret a purchase, you must return the product unused and in same condition and quantity as you received it. Of course you can try it on to see if the size fits, but for example you can’t wear it on a day out. All labels and tags must still be on. Rights of resentment collapse if you use the product in a way that impairs the sales value. Packaging and possibly lack of attachment brandings can sometimes mean that the sales value impairs and therefore "the right to purchase returns" can't be used. When the product is taken back and accepted, purchase price will be refunded to your account within few days. Costs for returns are to be paid by yourself. For practical detail – see the point “Warranties and product return”. Returning can also happen be denying receipt. Warranties: ChopinWebshop.Com provides 6 month warranty under Danish registration, on comprehensive manufacturing and material errors that should be detected at the products normal use. Warranties do not cover errors, damages or wear, directly or indirectly caused by mishandling, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. There are no warranties on buttons, pearls and possible tucked-ups! Warranties about any errors and "missings" that should be noticed using the usual search of the product, shall be notified to ChopinWebshop.Com within 14 days. Afterwards, the item can be returned for repair, replacement or credit.
